Chupik Counseling transitions to telehealth with SignEasy

Chupik Counseling, a central Texas mental health practice with nearly three decades of experience and five locations, needed to transition to telehealth quickly in early 2020. Their previous PDF-based print-and-sign onboarding and consent process couldn’t work with clinics closed, so Chupik Counseling turned to Signeasy’s eSignature platform to obtain patient consent and onboard new and existing patients remotely.

Signeasy provided reusable templates and envelopes embedded in welcome emails so patients could sign electronically, including telemedicine-specific HIPAA consent; signed forms are delivered immediately to therapists for filing.
