Aruba Bank, the island’s oldest bank, needed to speed up onboarding, reduce on-site paperwork and support eco-friendly, compliant processes while maintaining a personal digital experience. To address long delays caused by in-person signature collection and manual document handling, Aruba Bank chose Signeasy’s e-signature solution to digitize its signing workflows.

Signeasy was rolled out across branches to digitize roughly 70 form types and introduce Self Signing, In-person Signing and Remote Signing workflows; officers can pre-sign documents and customers sign anywhere, with signed files stored directly in the bank’s database.
