Wernsing Food Family is a European food manufacturer of potato products, refrigerated deli salads, frozen foods and dressings with more than 4,000 employees and roughly €1 billion in revenue. Rapid growth, acquisitions and a large, varied product portfolio had left the group with fragmented systems, inconsistent data and complex workflows—creating a pressing need for organization-wide transparency and standardized processes.

Wernsing implemented a process-driven ERP transformation using SAP S/4HANA and SAP Signavio, building documented end-to-end processes and a central collaboration hub to align business and IT. The approach revealed cross-system influences, accelerated scoping (10–15% time savings), drove rapid business-unit adoption, and generated 4,207 calls to the Signavio Collaboration Hub in the first six months—enabling faster, more agile responses to market needs.
