Teva Pharmaceutical Industries, a global pharmaceutical company with roughly 3,600 products across 60 markets, faced a fragmented IT and process landscape after growth through mergers and acquisitions. That complexity made it hard to standardize core processes and get a unified view of process performance as the company transitioned to SAP S/4HANA.

Teva deployed SAP Signavio solutions to provide a single source of truth for process modeling, governance and process mining, launching an end-to-end procure-to-pay initiative and modeling 41 end-to-end scenarios and 169 core processes. The program centralized process documentation, increased transparency and collaboration between business and IT, and enabled analysts to identify and simulate improvement opportunities as Teva expands the approach across procurement and other SAP systems.
