Introduction of process management at the University of Applied Science in Ingolstadt

The University of Applied Sciences Ingolstadt (HAW Ingolstadt) participated in a Bavarian universities project, “Cooperative quality development,” to harness synergies in analyzing administrative processes and to prepare for possible system accreditation. Faced with the need for a professional, easy-to-administer process management solution with strong user support, the university sought a tool that staff could adopt quickly and reliably.
