INTI International University & Colleges is a Malaysian higher-education group serving over 17,500 students across six campuses with about 1,300 employees. Because teams were geographically dispersed, text-heavy SOPs were interpreted and applied inconsistently, so INTI set out to standardize operations across campuses and simplify daily work through digital transformation.

Using the Signavio Business Transformation Suite, INTI turned dense SOPs into visual, standardized process maps, optimized the finance function, and identified repetitive tasks to underpin an RPA initiative.
