Danish Crown A/S, one of the world’s largest pork producers and a global food company based in Denmark, operates across a complex, margin-sensitive value chain with more than 26,000 employees. The initiative reduced process-documentation backlogs, improved data quality and comparability across business units, and identified automation and harmonization opportunities—including an estimated DKr14 million (~US$2 million) in sales-billing savings and a potential two-day reduction in days sales outstanding.
