Zespri implemented the Signavio Business Transformation Suite—using QuickModel, the Process Editor and Collaboration Portal plus a SharePoint add‑on—and gave 250+ employees access to model, share and comment on processes. Customized modeling conventions, process reports and the new Office of BPM now let Zespri monitor KPIs, strengthen process ownership, reduce risk and continuously improve supply‑chain performance.
