T-Systems Multimedia Solutions GmbH, an ICT consulting and innovation provider for public and private multinationals, needed to standardize and document business processes so every employee could easily access and improve them during a period of rapid growth. Their PoMS 3.0 initiative required a web-based modeling tool that integrated with the intranet and supported continuous process improvement across departments.

They chose the Signavio Process Editor and Collaboration Portal, using BPMN 2.0 models and an integrated comment function to gather early feedback and connect all participants. The result was rapid corporate adoption, more collaborative and accelerated CIP, empowered employees contributing to the value chain, and recognition with the PEX 2013 Process Excellence Innovation award.
