KMD, a large Denmark-based IT services company, was challenged with an overly complex and siloed process landscape. Its repository contained over 500 redundant process models that were difficult to maintain and did not meet the needs of its international workforce. To address this and support its ISO certification, KMD partnered with SAP Signavio to de-silo and streamline its operations.

Using the SAP Signavio Business Transformation Suite, specifically Process Manager and the Collaboration Hub, KMD completely recreated its workflows. The solution enabled them to drastically reduce their process models from over 500 to just 108, creating a single source of truth for company-wide process documentation and laying the foundation for future process mining initiatives.
