BPM-Maturity Model EDEN e.V. Decentrally organized BPM

BPM‑Maturity Model EDEN e.V. is an association built around the EDEN maturity model, which benchmarks organizations on their process orientation. As a decentrally organized group of process managers and experts, the association needed a collaborative, easy‑to‑use platform to model and manage its internal business processes across distributed teams.

To meet that need the association adopted the Signavio Process Editor and its collaboration features as part of the Signavio Business Transformation Suite (available since April 2017). Signavio Process Manager (combining Process Editor and Decision Manager), together with Workflow Accelerator and Process Intelligence, enables the association to document, collaborate on and govern internal processes more effectively.
