Nexus Energía, a leading independent energy company in Spain, sought to digitize its customer onboarding process. The challenge was to eliminate paper, reduce inefficiencies, and maintain a personalized service model while ensuring a seamless and secure experience for customers signing contracts across all its brands and channels. They partnered with the vendor Signaturit to implement its electronic signature service.

Signaturit provided an electronic signature solution integrated via REST API, featuring remote signing with double validation for security. This resulted in a more efficient and sustainable onboarding process. The implementation allowed Nexus Energía to digitally sign over 550 contracts per month, saving approximately 5,000 pages of paper. The Signaturit solution is now used across seven of the group's brands, providing a key differentiating factor.
