Oktane Media Creates Interactive Virtual and Hybrid Events for Charities and Businesses

Oktane Media, a micro-media and immersive marketing agency, needed a better way to create virtual charity galas and other online events that felt genuinely live and interactive. Their challenge was to avoid stale, pre-produced experiences and instead deliver a dynamic environment with real-time dialogue, one-to-one engagement, and high-quality audio/video for attendees.

Using SignalWire Events, Oktane Media built branded virtual venues with themed rooms, live presentations, VIP spaces, and flexible layouts that they could control moment by moment. With SignalWire, they produced the American Cancer Society’s Cattle Baron’s Ball and helped it surpass fundraising goals, while also supporting global sales meetings, interactive talk shows, and hybrid event experiences like the Nantucket Comedy Festival.
