How SThree’s STEM Report Earned 22.2M Impressions with Signal AI Topic Analysis

SThree, a global STEM recruitment firm, wanted to refresh its annual thought leadership report, “How the STEM world works: Navigating the New Era of AI and Trust,” with stronger, more data-backed hypotheses and more distinctive insights. To do this, the team used Signal AI’s AI-powered analytics and Topic Analysis to improve discovery, identify emerging trends in STEM workforce conversations, and uncover whitespace opportunities in an increasingly crowded market.

Using Signal AI’s Web App searches, Topic Analysis, and contested topic analysis, SThree validated research hypotheses and shaped survey questions around themes like digital literacy, AI adoption, and leadership responsibilities. The campaign paid off with 22.2 million impressions, more than 60 press mentions, 383 report downloads, and 100% of press coverage reflecting the key messaging, helping position SThree as a thought leader in STEM workforce trends.
