Accenture FinTech Innovation Lab is a 12‑week accelerator run by Accenture (London, New York, Hong Kong) that supports and tracks fintech startups. With 94 Alumni in London and over 200 globally, the Lab found manual monitoring via Twitter lists, Google Alerts and ad‑hoc checks unreliable, so they engaged Signal AI and its Signal monitor media‑monitoring platform to improve alumni visibility and tracking.

Signal AI implemented Signal monitor to aggregate real news, social signals and alerts on fundraising, awards, expansions and risks, replacing fragmented manual processes. The result was faster, more accurate alumni monitoring, immediate engagement on news (for example, flagging geographic expansion like Singapore), time savings for the Lab team and stronger proactive scouting and support — fundamentally improving how the Accenture FinTech Innovation Lab monitors and promotes its Alumni.
