The Coffee House, a rapidly expanding independent coffee shop chain in northern England, needed a way to scale its operations and centralise management without losing the local, community-focused feel of each store. To support this challenge, it partnered with Signagelive and adopted cloud-based digital signage via its reseller, TenAV, using a CMS to manage in-store screens, menu boards, and window displays.

Signagelive’s solution enabled The Coffee House to remotely create, update, and schedule content across a network of 50 screens, including high-brightness window displays and multi-screen menu board setups. The result has been faster promotions, easier recruitment advertising, lower printing and local marketing costs, and a more engaging customer experience, helping support the chain’s growth to 14 stores with plans to double again within 24 months.
