The Healthcare Messaging Group switches to Signagelive-powered Samsung Smart Signage Displays to create an all inclusive solution for the NHS

The Healthcare Messaging Group, a digital signage service provider for the NHS, faced the challenge of publicizing healthcare initiatives and timely hospital information across multiple trusts while reducing installation, operational and energy costs and accelerating growth. To solve this, they switched to Samsung Smart Signage Displays powered by Signagelive, enabling a more scalable, low‑hardware approach to patient information screens.

Signagelive delivered an HTML5 SoC solution integrated with Samsung’s embedded players and a cloud platform so The Healthcare Messaging Group could activate and manage displays remotely (no onsite PCs), schedule dynamic content and support images, video, web pages and feeds. The deployment now runs across about 150 displays at 15 major NHS Trusts (30+ sites) including Moorfields, Sheffield Children’s, Barts Health and Royal Free; it reduces per‑installation and energy costs, plays messages roughly 12 times per hour, and has helped generate more than £1 million in supplementary revenue for the NHS.
