Signagelive Broadcast Player is helping Kinaxia Logistics to engage with their employees during lockdown

Kinaxia Logistics turned to Signagelive at the start of the COVID-19 lockdown, when many employees were working remotely or furloughed and internal communications became harder to manage. Using Signagelive’s cloud-based digital signage platform and Broadcast Player, the company needed a better way to share business updates and keep staff informed and engaged beyond traditional email.

Signagelive enabled Kinaxia Logistics to circulate weekly CEO updates and other internal messages via a YouTube video and web link that employees could view on their devices, with content also ready for screens across the business as sites reopened. The result was strong engagement: over 18% of employees viewed the update within a couple of days, compared with the 2% engagement rate considered very good in marketing terms, helping Kinaxia communicate more effectively during lockdown.
