Signagelive and Saville AV confirm LG webOS digital signage project with Welcome Break

Welcome Break, one of the UK’s largest independent motorway service operators, needed a simpler, more flexible way to manage digital signage across its sites and deliver dynamic menu boards for food concessions. Signagelive provided the solution, with Saville AV supplying and installing LG webOS Smart displays powered by Signagelive’s cloud-based digital signage platform and SoC software.

Signagelive’s solution deployed over 90 Signagelive-powered LG webOS displays at sixteen key Welcome Break locations, replacing external media players and on-site servers with a cloud CMS that supports multi-format content, scheduling, remote monitoring and social/QR integrations. The rollout delivered dynamic, scheduled menu boards for Papa John’s, Harry Ramsden and Tossed, reduced installation, operational and energy costs, and simplified content management for agencies—reaching Welcome Break’s network that serves some 80 million motorway customers annually.
