Signagelive and Samsung Smart Signage Provides Streamlined Digital Menu Board Solution for Convenience Store’s Brand Transformation

Rocket Oil Company, a Kentucky-based chain rebranding its Ideal Market convenience stores, needed modern, easy-to-manage digital menu boards but faced upfront cost concerns and limited IT resources. To meet this challenge it deployed Signagelive’s Food Services Manager (running on Samsung’s MD‑C Series Smart Signage Platform), selecting a turnkey cloud solution that promised lower total cost of ownership and simple remote updates.

Signagelive’s solution delivered dynamic content to five 46‑inch displays at the Marion pilot site without external media players, cutting printing costs and simplifying management. The deployment generated immediate positive customer feedback, enabled menu changes from a smartphone in about five minutes, and produced measurable operational savings; Rocket Oil plans to roll the platform out to seven to ten more stores and expand use for in‑store advertising.
