Savills joins forces with Signagelive in bringing its office windows to life

Savills, a global property firm, partnered with Signagelive to automate digital advertising across its UK network of more than 70 AV displays in over 60 offices. The challenge was to replace static printed window posters with a centrally managed, scalable digital signage system that could ingest real-time property feeds (from Reapit), format content for different screen sizes, and target campaigns at national, regional or single-office level.

Signagelive deployed its cloud-based digital signage software and a Savills-designed high-resolution template, pulling live property data from Reapit, auto-formatting assets and enabling per-screen scheduling and remote control. The result is a more engaging, backlit window display network—including prime London locations—that has freed internal resource, delivered consistent targeted campaigns across 70+ screens in 60+ offices, and is being rolled out to additional UK sites with plans for wider international adoption.
