Notcutts Garden Centres, a family‑owned operator of 18 garden centres across England, faced the time‑consuming and costly task of constantly updating printed posters and USB‑loaded 10" screens to promote seasonal offers and in‑store promotions. To modernize their communication and enable centralized control, Notcutts selected Signagelive and its Digital Signage platform to replace static displays and streamline content management.

Signagelive, implemented with integration support from 21st Century AV, provided a scalable, fully customisable digital signage network with central content publishing and live chat support for onboarding. The solution expanded displays to show restaurant menus, food promotions, outdoor kiosks, POS and wayfinding, was rolled out across new and refurbished sites (with further rollouts planned), and delivered measurable operational improvement by reducing printed‑poster use, enabling company‑wide updates and speeding content changes to improve the customer experience.
