NCSA, a college-recruiting services organization, faced rapid growth and declining effectiveness of traditional communication tools like calls and emails. To improve internal communications and keep staff aligned with organizational goals, NCSA selected Signagelive’s cloud-based digital signage and initially deployed six screens across several floors of their Chicago office to display real-time statistics on goal progress.
Signagelive tied those screens to NCSA’s database of metrics (including enrollments and commitments) to surface key data in public spaces, and NCSA plans to add more large-format screens and trial the Signagelive screen-saver edition for coaches. The result was a dramatic improvement in shared understanding of progress toward goals and a measurable reduction in time and resources spent on emails and meetings.
