Healthcare Messaging Uses Signagelive To Help Hospitals And Patients

The Healthcare Messaging Group partnered with Signagelive to tackle the challenge of improving patient, staff and visitor communication across major NHS Trusts while creating a new revenue stream for hospitals. Using the Patient Information Initiative powered by Signagelive software, the UK company deployed large digital signage screens in primary hospital locations to deliver targeted, helpful information and enhance the patient hospital experience.

Signagelive’s platform runs bespoke creative content tailored to each ward (for example maternity messaging for new mums), with hospitals retaining 100% control of content and benefiting from sponsorship revenue sharing. The solution is funded by private-sector sponsors, runs roughly 25 messages per screen on a loop (each shown ~12 times per hour), has been shown to improve communication and patient experience, and has generated close to £500k in new revenue for partner hospitals using Signagelive.
