Dermalogica UK faced inconsistent in‑store messaging and time‑consuming manual updates across a mix of legacy and new AV displays after its acquisition by Unilever. To streamline operations, boost customer engagement and deploy interactive promotions like a “Hero” product Lift and Learn, Dermalogica selected Signagelive for its global, secure cloud‑based digital signage platform and hardware‑agnostic capabilities.
Signagelive deployed a centrally managed network powering Samsung Smart displays, IAdea signboards and repurposed screens in four UK locations and Dermalogica HQ, enabling interactive Lift and Learn experiences, cloud content storage and SoC/HTML5 applications. The Signagelive platform delivered centralized control, Proof of Play reporting, rudimentary in‑store footfall insight and eliminated the need for onsite servers (reducing install costs), allowing real‑time campaign optimisation and a planned roll‑out to the remaining 23 stores.
