Canadian healthcare media company uses Signagelive to power digital posters to expanded 200 plus waiting rooms nationally

IDS Canada, the largest media company in Canada focused on healthcare waiting rooms, needed to expand and modernize its digital poster network across major cities while cutting deployment and operating costs. To do this it partnered with Signagelive, using Signagelive’s cloud-based SoC and HTML5 software on the Samsung Smart Signage Platform (SSSP) to simplify rollouts and eliminate the need for onsite media players.

Signagelive delivered a centrally managed solution that enabled easy onboarding, remote scheduling of targeted 30‑second adverts, multi‑zoning and rich media support, producing CAPEX and OPEX savings and faster deployments. The rollout added screens (including a 50‑screen expansion) to reach a 200‑screen network — IDS Canada now operates 200 Signagelive‑powered posters in high‑traffic clinics, generating over 1.6 million impressions per month with average dwell times above 40 minutes, improving engagement and ROI.
