Nexus Open Systems, a managed IT services and unified communications provider (including Microsoft Teams), was frustrated by slow email–print–sign–scan–email contract cycles and needed a secure, multi-user eSigning solution. They selected Signable to replace manual signing processes, specifically valuing a provider that stored and processed data within the EU (majority hosted in AWS London) and supported branding and team permissions.

Signable implemented an EU/UK-hosted eSignature service with team security, branding, tags, widgets, templates, automatic reminders and integrations into Microsoft Teams and SharePoint. As a result Nexus Open Systems now sends about 35 documents per month via Signable, has halved contract turnaround time, saved hours each week on chasing and tracking unsigned contracts, and reports faster client signings—leading them to recommend Signable to other IT companies.
