Level39, Europe’s largest technology incubator hosting around 200 start-ups and corporate innovation labs, needed a secure, fully web‑based system to manage the dozens of contracts and agreements that flow between members, suppliers and internal teams. Head of Technology Qaunain Meghjee was looking for a solution that allowed creators to make, edit and send documents easily on any device and could cope with their capacity of up to 50 documents a month — so they selected Signable.
Signable delivered a simple e‑signature platform with unlimited users, granular team permissions, custom branding, templates, tracking/logs and responsive support (including an extended trial). The platform automated multi‑signatory workflows, reduced the need for the typical 2–4 meetings per document, and sped up execution across departments. As a result, Level39 reports Signable has saved “hundreds of hours” for their teams and members, removed bottlenecks and made document management far more efficient.
