Interstate Hotels & Resorts, a leading operator of hotels, resorts, and conference centres across the UK, Europe, and Russia/CIS, needed a faster way to handle meetings and events (M&E) contracts. Their traditional process of printing, scanning, posting, and returning documents was slowing down bookings and making it harder to stay responsive to customers.
To solve this, Interstate Hotels trialled Signable’s electronic signature service in selected UK hotels, then planned a wider rollout across its portfolio. With Signable, customers could sign contracts in minutes, reducing turnaround times dramatically: one hotel cut average contract return time from three days to just one hour and 45 minutes, while another reduced it from two days to 3.5 hours.
