Lincolnshire Community Healthcare NHS Trust, a phlebotomy service in the East Midlands, faced skyrocketing booking demand during the pandemic while relying on phone, pen-and-paper and spreadsheets across three sites—taking around 300 calls a day and close to 8,000 appointments per month. To modernize access, they partnered with Sign In Scheduling to deploy an online appointment scheduling system and Accessibility Suite for automated phone bookings.

Sign In Scheduling delivered a two-month rollout across all three clinics with online booking, confirmations and reminders, service-based urgent slots, staff-led booking tools and detailed reporting.
