Atria Senior Living, a leading North American assisted living provider serving over 20,000 residents in 200+ communities, faced six months of visitor restrictions during COVID and needed a way to safely reunite families while easing the heavy administrative burden of manually scheduling drive-up, window and virtual visits. To address this, Atria partnered with Sign In Scheduling to deploy an automated appointment-scheduling solution tailored for senior living workflows.
Sign In Scheduling delivered a centralized, API-enabled, customizable scheduling platform (implemented at scale with Glennis Solutions) to manage locations, staff availability, communications and reporting across all communities. The rollout supported drive-up, window and assisted virtual visits, generated thousands of positive reviews, and enabled Atria to record 209,938 safe visits between May 2020 and October 2022—freeing staff time and helping the organization earn industry recognition.
