Future’s Group, a UK career-support organisation operating across 110 locations, faced mounting appointment backlogs and heavy administrative burden after a COVID-driven surge in job seekers. They needed a way to manage a high volume of services, staff and locations while maintaining social distancing and reducing no-shows. To solve this they engaged Sign In Scheduling and adopted its online scheduling platform.
Sign In Scheduling rolled out a three-month trial, training and onboarding, then implemented an online booking page with service-specific reminders, location and staff rostering, group bookings and customizable appointment reminders. The result: a jump from about 100 bookings per month to roughly 2,000 (a 1900% increase), over 16,500 total appointments taken, around 200 bookable staff and bookings for more than 15,000 customers—substantially reducing admin workload and no-shows.
