Aspiration Training, a UK apprenticeship education provider, was managing bookings by spreadsheet with no self-service or SMS communications, leading to heavy phone/email traffic and fragmented management across sites. They evaluated six scheduling solutions and adopted 10to8 through Sign In Scheduling to provide an integrated booking platform with SMS reminders and centralized site management.
Sign In Scheduling implemented an online booking page, high-volume class bookings, automated email/SMS reminders, Zoom and calendar integrations, service-specific availability, customized messaging, and advanced reporting. The rollout onboarded 10 teachers, saved about 1,815 hours of admin, drove a 22% overall increase in appointments, scheduled nearly 2,000 classes, reached over 19,000 appointments to date, and delivered a 700% uplift in booked appointments and a 69% reduction in no-shows at their Wales branch.
