The National College for High Speed Rail, a government-backed training provider with campuses in Birmingham and Doncaster, was relying on a pen-and-paper sign-in process that was unreliable, not GDPR compliant and ill-suited to managing large numbers of learners and visitors (conference days can see up to 200 additional visitors).
