The customer, a leading global MVN operator and enabler, required a comprehensive ETL, data warehousing, and business intelligence solution to analyze CDR data for voice, SMS, GPRS, and top-up services. Their challenge involved managing complex master data, ensuring data quality from multiple sources, and automating report generation. Sigma Infosolutions was engaged to provide this BI and analytics solution using the Pentaho BI suite.

Sigma Infosolutions implemented the solution by developing over 300 ETL jobs and transformations to extract data from CDR files, CSV, and Excel sources into an Oracle data warehouse.
