Olivela is a San Francisco–based luxury fashion marketplace that donates a portion of purchases to girls’ education and anti–child marriage causes. Facing a bottleneck where only two analysts could write SQL and produce visualizations, Olivela’s marketing and merchandising teams couldn’t self-serve the data they needed for fast, data-driven decisions. To address this, Olivela partnered with Sigma Computing and deployed Sigma on top of their Snowflake cloud data warehouse.
