AB CarVal, a finance and investment management firm, needed a more secure and reliable way to manage data across its private alternatives division. Sigma Computing helped AB CarVal centralize data from Snowflake, build secure AI workflows with Snowflake Cortex and Sigma AI Query, and enable role-based self-service analytics for more than 500 business users. The result was real-time access to 15–16 TB of compressed data, faster investment decisions, improved governance, reduced manual work, and the ability to query complex legal documents instantly without exposing data outside the secure environment.
