Trammell Crow Residential Gains Unique Customer Insights with SightPlan Resident Engagement Platform

Trammell Crow Residential (TCR), one of the nation’s largest multifamily real estate developers, wanted a better way to gather insights from residents and customers to improve current communities and inform future projects. To meet that goal, TCR turned to SightPlan and its resident engagement and survey platform to capture feedback across the resident journey, from property tours and service requests to lease renewals.

SightPlan implemented an all-in-one resident communication and feedback solution, including the private-labeled Alexan Life app for TCR’s Alexan properties. The platform helps residents submit service requests, receive package notifications, and stay engaged through their preferred channels, giving TCR deeper insight into resident preferences and improving the overall experience. While the case study does not provide hard metrics, TCR says it now has better visibility than ever into how residents live and what they want, helping the company strengthen satisfaction and future community development.
