Steins Foods, a London-based importer and distributor of gourmet food, needed a more efficient way to manage weekly sales visits and purchase orders across grocery stores, health food shops, and delicatessens across the UK. Its sales reps were spending much of the day traveling to customers, collecting orders, and then returning to the office to process paperwork.

Steins Foods chose On Sight’s mobile sales system to create a paperless order-taking process. The app gave reps access to a mobile product catalog with more than 500 items and let them create orders on-site, with orders sent immediately to head office through the cloud for printing and packing. On Sight also customized the packing slips to help the warehouse team and support special requests, while securely storing orders in the cloud for access from anywhere.
