Beach Body Tan wanted to improve sales and make its reps more accountable. The company had been using paper ordering pads and catalogues, but customers would often set the catalogues aside and never follow up, which hurt sales and made it harder to track rep activity on the road.

To address this, Beach Body Tan implemented the On Sight Mobile Sales App, including its GPS check-in system and electronic product catalogue. The owners used the GPS feature to monitor visits, routes, travel method, and time between visits, while the electronic catalogue made it easier for reps to place orders immediately and reduced paper usage. Ester Lascar said she saw positive results within a short amount of time, including increased sales and stronger sales of previously weak sellers.
