Anna Chandler Design, a decorative artist and homeware company, was running its sales and ordering process on paper. With 800 stores across Australia and five agents in the field, orders were written by hand, totals were calculated with a handheld calculator, and pricing lists had to be reprinted whenever they changed.

Anna Chandler Design moved to On Sight’s electronic ordering system and product catalogue to replace the manual process. The app gave agents current pricing, inventory, and customer information, sent orders directly to head office, and sped up shipping and delivery while improving productivity and customer satisfaction. At the Melbourne Homewares Trade Fair, the team also used iPads to capture orders directly, and Anna Chandler said this increased sales and efficiency compared with previous trade show visits.
