Sifted implemented a parcel audit and deployed the Logistics Intelligence Platform’s reporting engine, package‑level alerts and benchmarking tools to identify root causes, prevent surcharges and drive operational improvements. The work recovered more than $240,000 in parcel refunds and delivered measurable shipment savings (Ground 82%, Express 16%, International 2%), while dashboards and on‑demand reports helped Kendra Scott correct addresses, avoid fees and make data‑driven shipping decisions.
