eSigns.com, an online custom signage printer and retailer, faced rising and opaque parcel costs—carrier errors, surcharges, and a need to renegotiate carrier terms while preserving the carrier relationship. Sifted conducted a parcel audit that recovered up to $128,000 in refunds, then used Logistics Intelligence and LI Pro to pinpoint savings opportunities across Ground Commercial, Express/Base charges, and accessorials. With Sifted’s data-driven targets and negotiation support, eSigns.com exceeded projected savings (122% of forecast) and achieved more than $375,000 in total savings, while strengthening its carrier relationship.
