Schindler Group, a global leader in elevators, escalators and mobility services, faced fragmented contract data across countries, no unified SAP-based contract platform, and an internally developed system that was time-consuming, inaccurate and hard for end users. To centralize contracts and link contract data to spend for better strategic planning and supplier management, Schindler Group selected Sievo’s Contract Management solution.
Sievo implemented its Contract Management platform in a 6–8 month rollout—replacing the internal system, running regional trainings and building a global template—to create a single, unified contract repository linked to spend. The deployment delivered clear results: over 300 supplier contracts in the system (up from about 70), improved contract coverage and notifications, easier contract storage and visibility across regions, and stronger ability to monitor and control key suppliers. Sievo’s solution also improved continuity when employees change roles and enabled better global category strategy and spend-linked analysis.
