Sievo delivered a centrally configured Contract Management solution, rolled out region by region with Sievo-led training, creating a global repository that links contracts to spend. The deployment added alerts for expirations, enabled KPIs showing how much spend is covered by contracts, increased executive visibility, and improved supplier governance—driving more contracts with key suppliers, better risk coverage, and clearer tracking of savings.
