Sievo ran design workshops and deployed SPM to create a streamlined, globally connected savings pipeline with dashboards, approval workflows and line-item drilldowns, enabling live-data decision-making and a bi-weekly “performance drumbeat.” The results from Sievo’s solution were measurable: P&L savings doubled, business alignment on the pipeline exceeds 90%, spreadsheets were eliminated, and leadership (including the CFO) now uses Sievo as the authoritative view to prioritize and drive value.
