Randstad India, a subsidiary of the global HR services provider, faced challenges with its existing HR application and sought to standardize and streamline its business processes. To achieve this, Randstad partnered with vendor Sierra-Cedar to implement Oracle HCM Cloud applications.

Sierra-Cedar implemented several Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Benefits, Absence, Time and Labor, Recruiting, and Individual Compensation. The solution integrated third-party applications and automated key processes. This resulted in reduced manual effort, increased accuracy, improved data integrity, and a significantly enriched user experience for Randstad India.
