Muses designs, develops, produces and sells urban vehicles for transporting goods and people. To bring a new city vehicle platform to market quickly, it needed to develop and deliver vehicles in 6 months, accelerate design-through-manufacturing, and create a base platform for multiple models. It used Siemens PLM software, including NX and Teamcenter, to support that work.

With Siemens PLM, Muses used NX to move from design to production with integrated CAD, CAM and CAE tools, and Teamcenter to manage technical data and modification tracking. The company says NX helped it roll out its first vehicle only six months after research began, complete parts and molds in three weeks before the Geneva Motor show, and introduce the Mooville after being selected as one of four finalists in the Yvelines General Council competition.
