Why Equinix switched from KubeSpray to Talos Linux, and the adventures that followed

Equinix, a global digital infrastructure company, faced significant operational challenges with its managed Kubernetes service built on Kubespray. After a successful proof of concept and contributions to ensure compliance with CIS benchmarks, Equinix fully migrated its offering.
