How Harmonix identified relevant influencers who drove online conversions through offline engagements and events

The customer, Harmonix, faced the challenge of building hype for the socially-driven launch of their new game, Rock Band 4. They needed to effectively unite their biggest fans both online and offline. To address this, they turned to the vendor Sideqik to power an influencer campaign and manage recruitment for their dedicated fan community.

Using Sideqik, Harmonix built the "Rock Band Road Crew" program, identifying and managing 500 key influencers. The solution streamlined communication and allowed influencers to complete "gigs" like hosting live events and creating content. The results were substantial, with the influencers creating 4,283 videos and hosting 594 live events, which successfully drove widespread engagement and excitement for the launch.
